Art Instruction

 

In a safe, nurturing environment, you’ll inspire your soul and experience drawing, painting and art therapy at the classic studio in the Heart of Uptown Westerville.

Each of us is unique and has something to say.  David clears the space for you to embrace who you are and express yourself.  He was fortunate to have mentors throughout his life who saw the best in him and believed in him.  These great mentors shaped who he is as a person, artist and certainly his approach to instruction.

He guides, coaches and mentors others to create, express and find their voice and tell their story.  Artist’s build a strong foundation, art skills, techniques and principles while learning to trust & express your intuition.

You’ll have the opportunity to use various media including pencil, colored pencil, chalk/charcoal, oil pastel, watercolor/ink and acrylic paint.  David has been instructing art since 1985….ages 5 to adult….including seniors and/or those with special needs.  Session times are scheduled throughout the morning, afternoon and early evening, Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.

Many of the artists David has worked with on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for years.  Artists come to David for various reasons and many with little or no formal training.  Sessions are scheduled as mutually convenient.
